RESTRICTIONS

99 person maximum capacity.
No cooking fires or open flames.
- Chafing dishes and birthday cake candles are permitted.
Smoking is prohibited in or around the building.

RATES

DEPOSIT

All bookings require a $200 refundable deposit. Your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your event if the facility is left clean and undamaged.

WEEKDAY RATE

Monday - Thursday | 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM | $130.00 per day

Time frame includes set up, event time and clean up.

WEEKEND RATE

Friday - Sunday | 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM | $250.00 per day

Time frame includes set up, event time and clean up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Call the Town office - 321-723-8300 (M-F 9:30 to 3:30) - to inquire about available dates.
Dates can be held for up to three business days before booking.
Rental fee is payable on or before picking up the key for event.
Cancellations:
- More than 7 days prior to the day of the event will be refunded at 100%
- Between 2 to 6 days prior to the day of the event will be refunded at 50%
- Less than 48 hours prior to the day of the event will not be refunded.
The Town accepts cash and checks only.
