RENTALS - Booking and Costs

Call the Town office - 321-723-8300 (M-F 9:30 to 3:30) - to inquire about dates. We can hold a date for up to three business days before booking.  Booking requires a $100 refundable deposit.  Your deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your event if the facility is left clean and undamaged.  Our low rates are dependent on all users leaving the space in good order.  Rental fee is payable on or before picking up key for event.  The Town accepts cash and checks only.  See rates below.

The building is air conditioned (and heated), and has 18 tables (7-6', 7-8', 4 folding) and 99 chairs.  There is a small deck at the back of the building with a ramp access.  No smoking, cooking fires, or open flames are allowed in the building due to fire regulations.  Chafing dishes and birthday cake candles are permitted. Rental does not include set-up or clean-up.  If you require these services we recommend you consider hiring a catering company which provides them.  This allows us to keep the rental rates low.  The condition of the floor is very important to us and the dance groups that meet here regularly. We reserve the right not to rent the space for uses which would be likely to damage the floor's finish.
